In architecture, the model is of special significance. Architectural processes are changing, especially these days so much so that in-person meetings and physical presentation media are becoming rare. 3D animations add impressive value to our design presentations. As much as we like physical models, creating them is time-consuming. A 3D animation is a true asset for our presentations as it allows us to create designs and bring ideas to life. It is extremely immersive and utilizes visual storytelling and cinematography techniques to win the viewers’ hearts and minds. It can show properties in time-lapse to help our audience imagine how it would look in different seasons and times of the day. The walkthrough can also draw attention to how well the architectural design fits within its context and surroundings.
In 3D animation, almost all is possible apart from touch and smell…but who knows, maybe they’re working on that! Motion is the best way to communicate complex ideas. In 3D nothing is too big or too small and the designs that we make create a realistic presentation that leaves an amazing impression on clients. They are able to roam through the building, turn corners, walk through doors, and experience the design as if they were actually inside of it! When clients are given this ability, they’re able to see the bigger picture more clearly and fall in love with all those little details that we care so much about and are worked on so thoroughly. It makes the users connect emotionally with what they see. 3D videos enable us to allow people to dream — and ultimately seal the deal.
